Shipping
- All products are shipped by fast and reliable standard UPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for arrival of order. Any order under $50.00 USD will have a $5.00 USD shipping charge added.
- Any order $50.00 and over $50.00 USD will be shipped with no freight charge.
- International shipment (by UPS or UPSP) will arrive within 6-10 business days. The shipping cost will be $35.00 or more.
- To request an expedited shipment, please contact us. (Extra freight cost will be charged)
UPS does not deliver on weekends and weekends do not count as a day of transit.
Returns
We would like to have you as a long time customer having the benefits of all the products we offer. Our return policy is simple and easy.
- You can return an unused product in exchange for a product of equal or greater value. You would be charged the difference for a product of greater value.
- Any item you would like to return and exchange must be within 30 days from purchase.
- Any item being returned for exchange would be given a RMA number issued by Ocean Breeze.
- Any item being returned to Ocean Breeze for exchange must have a RMA number or, it will not be considered for an exchange.
